Applications of pellet activated carbon

Activated carbon has the characteristics of well-developed pores and is mostly used in the water purification industry. Pellet activated carbon is produced by fine processing of high-quality coal, coconut shell, wood chips and other raw materials. It is widely used in the purification of toxic gases, waste gas treatment, purification and treatment of industrial and domestic water, and solvent recovery.

1) Pellet activated carbon in Gas treatment
Exhaust gas treatment activated carbon is made of high-quality coal and is processed through strict processes such as crushing, carbonization,
activation, and refining. It has the characteristics of large specific surface area, developed pore structure, reasonable pore distribution, strong adsorption capacity, uniform particle distribution, and high wear resistance. For the purification of chemical raw material gas, chemical synthesis gas, pharmaceutical industry gas, beverage carbon dioxide gas and hydrogen, nitrogen, hydrogen chloride, ethyl hydrocarbon, ethane, cracking gas, inert gas, etc. It is also used to remove pollutants from the air and to separate and purify mixed gases.

Pellet activated carbon in desulfurization and de-nitrification

The desulfurization and de-nitrification products, pelletized particle sizes and black appearance all use high-quality carbon raw materials and add a certain proportion of adhesives and co-catalysts after selection, batching, crushing, shaping, drying, carbonization, activation and further processing. The final product has the advantages of high activity, high porosity, large sulfur capacity, high desulfurization efficiency, and high mechanical strength. Activated carbon used for solvent recovery and treatment is produced using high-quality natural coal as raw material, refined by physical activation method, black granules, non-toxic and tasteless, well-developed pores, three types of pores that have reasonable pore size distribution and strong adsorption capacity. It has a large adsorption capacity for most organic solvent vapors, and is widely used to recover organic solvents such as benzene, ether, xylene, ethanol, acetone, gasoline, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in a wide range of concentrations.
