Re-generation of Activated Carbon
  • DATA:2020-05-07

Customers using Granular activated carbon will always encounter this very important question: “My carbon adsorption is saturated, what should I do?”
The answer is to channel these activated carbons that have little adsorption capacity into a special regeneration furnace at a temperature above 850°C for thermal activation regeneration.
This process of reactivating activated carbon with reduced activity is the "regeneration" of activated carbon. Carbofull Carbon provides activated carbon off-site regeneration services.

Recycling of activated carbon aims to achieve two goals:
1. Environmental Responsibility and 2. Cost Effectiveness.
Activated carbon regeneration helps customers gain significant cost savings, the regeneration efficiency can achieve more than 90% and still maintain strong adsorption capacity. In addition to adsorption capacity, regeneration eliminates environmental pollution from incineration or landfill disposal.
Carbofull Carbon's activated carbon regeneration process ensures the restoration of superior product quality. We are able to provide customers with different activated carbon regeneration solutions after comprehensive evaluation of customers’ needs and existing spent carbon conditions of customers.

Yancheng activated carbon regeneration base
Yancheng Activated Carbon Regeneration Base located in Jiangsu Province, P.R. China, is an activated carbon regeneration enterprise specializing in the reactivation of Carbofull Carbon products. This facility has the ability to regenerate more than 5,000 tons of activated carbon annually, which provides a strong support for the aftermarket of Carbofull Carbon.
